The Supreme Court Didn't Take On Same-Sex Marriage. What Does That Mean For Idaho?

The U.S. Supreme Court issued a surprise decision Monday not to take up several cases on same sex marriage. That effectively makes gay marriage legal in 11 more states for a total of 30. That doesn’t count Idaho. In Idaho earlier this year a district judge ruled the state’s ban on same sex marriage unconstitutional.

Epic Swim Hole, Party Spot Closed After Strewn With Trash, Feces

The Dunes were crowded with party-goers Saturday.

In Eastern Washington, an epic swim hole and university party spot on public land was just closed down. This past weekend, nearly 2,000 people mobbed the spot. The horde littered the place known as “The Dunes” with trash, adult-beverage containers and … well, other leavings.
