There’s a new effort to build a white supremacist compound in the Northwest. The Southern Poverty Law Center has reported that a man in remote north Idaho has been developing property to revive the Neo-Nazi presence there.

The man who sued the Seattle police department over a racially charged threat has settled his case. The city of Seattle will pay him $150,000 but admit no wrongdoing. Martin Monetti’s case helped prompt Justice Department scrutiny of Seattle police. KUOW’s Amy Radil reports.

Lawmaker Uses KKK Mailing To Discuss Bigotry In Idaho

The African-American lawmaker in Idaho who received a flier from the KKK says she’s using the incident as an opportunity to talk about bigotry in the state. State representative Cherie Buckner-Webb and four other Idaho lawmakers have reported getting the mailings at home.
