Records released Wednesday show it wasn’t just a federal grand jury that sought records from the Washington State Auditor’s office last month.

South Sound Magazine is among several businesses across the country whose websites were hacked over the weekend by a group claiming to be The Islamic State, also known as ISIS.

On Saturday, the magazine's normal website was replaced with an all-black background and red letters, reading "Hacked by Islamic State."

NBC news reports that investigators initially did not believe the problems actually came from ISIS, but from hackers claiming to be that group, to get more attention.

An Oregon man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for plotting to bomb a crowded holiday event in Portland's town square in 2010.

Mohamed Mohamud was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Portland in a plot that actually was an FBI sting.

Over the last few days you may have heard about the rescue of 105 children from sex trafficking. the FBI – in cooperation with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and local tasks forces conducted the sting. The FBI also worked with local police agencies- and helped recover victims who have been forced into prostitution and made arrests.

Sentencing is scheduled for May 14th for Mohamed Mohamud. The young Somali-American man  has been convicted of trying to use a weapon of mass destruction. From Oregon Public Broadcasting, April Baer reports.

Morning testimony in the trial of Mohamed Mohamud focused on some FBI agents involved in the case. Undercover agents worked with Mohamud on a plan to bomb Portland's Pioneer Courthouse Square two years ago. The government says that while the device wasn't real, the threat posed by the defendant was.
