Washington agencies are holding two public meetings Monday and Tuesday on a controversial oil terminal proposed for the Port of Vancouver.
The Tesoro-Savage oil terminal would transport 360,000 barrels of oil a day from trains to vessels on the Columbia River. Washington state will hold an information session on Monday. On Tuesday, officials will accept public comments on which environmental impacts should be considered in the permitting process. Both meetings will be held at Clark College in Vancouver.
