Q&A: What Went Wrong At Hanford?

Northwest Public Radio's Anna King has been reporting on the Hanford Site clean-up for nearly six years, and she's lived nearby in the Tri-Cities for about 10 years. She spent several years reporting for the Tri-City Herald on the Hanford Reach National Monument, a crescent of public land that flanks the edge of the nuclear reservation. So, she knows the turf pretty well. OPB's Cassandra Profita talked with her about the state of the site and the news of the six leaking storage tanks. Read more
