Aki Wright

Aki Wright serves as the Development Coordinator for Western Washington from his office in the Tacoma offices and studios of Northwest Public Radio.  He says this position allows him to combine his long career in sales and marketing with his love for public radio.

Aki’s radio career began as a student announcer at KUPS while attending the University of Puget Sound.  That was followed by an internship at KNBQ in Tacoma, and several enjoyable years hosting evening jazz on KPLU. Aki looks forward to supporting your marketing and outreach needs and contributing to your organization’s success.
