We are confident that one is sure to suit your situation perfectly and invite you to explore the various ways you can create a lasting legacy

SUGGESTED BEQUEST OR TRUST LANGUAGE

"I give...

  •     _____% of my estate, OR
  •     the sum of $_____, OR
  •     the real property described on the deed as _____, OR
  •     all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, OR
  •     _____% of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate

to the Washington State University Foundation for Northwest Public Radio. The Foundation shall hold, manage and distribute the funds in accordance with the Gift Use Agreement* between me and the WSU Foundation. In the absence of a Gift Use Agreement and to provide Washington State University with the greatest flexibility and utility in the use of my gift, I hereby grant to WSU full discretion to establish a permanent endowment with all or a portion of my gift.”

*A Gift Use Agreement (“GUA”) between you and the Foundation includes specifics on how your gift will be used. You may amend it as often as you like without the necessity of amending your Will or Revocable Living Trust.

This is an option; should you wish to have the gift used in a specific way (i.e., for music/news programs, to support the next generation of public radio professionals, etc.), a GUA is easy!
