Guidelines for Underwriters |
Underwriting is the term used for the announcements that bring your company’s message to our listening audience. Our on-air hosts read these 15-second spots, beginning with a lead-in acknowledging your support. Your NWPR Account Executive will work with you to write an announcement that meets your marketing and public relations needs to link you with public radio’s well-educated, active consumers. Messages must comply with the FCC regulations* applicable to non-commercial radio and with station policy. The FCC requires broadcasters to fully disclose the identity of all program underwriters.
