Description
Rounding Third By Richard Dresser Directed by Elise Forier-Edie Oct. 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. Milo Smith Tower Theatre $10 General Admission $8 Seniors and Students $5 CWU students with ID This hilarious comedy about two hapless Little League baseball coaches is CTE's Faculty Showcase for the 2010-2011 season. In the tradition of "The Odd Couple," Coach Don is a blue collar, beer drinking good old boy who likes to play hardball. His assistant Michael is a young, uptight professional who wants every kid on the team to feel successful and get a prize. The endearing play follows this unlikely duo through a baseball season, as they fight, fail and flail in their attempts to coach, collaborate and win the game. Recommended for audience 13 years or older
