Thursday, August 12, 12:30 PM Thursday Brown Bag: Cole Anderson - Piano Whatcom Museum Old City Hall building, 121 Prospect Street $3 suggested donation/Museum members free Pianist Cole Anderson performs music by Chopin and Scriabin in this summery recital. A native of Bellingham, Mr. Anderson studies at Oberlin Conservatory. His music has been described as "a marvel of porcelain beauty" (Jack Frymire, Bellingham Music Club) and, as pianist Mark Salman describes, "His feeling for shading, nuance, color, character, melodic line and rubato is rarely encountered on any instrument."
