Meet artist, Trisha Hassler, at the historic Gaches Mansion, the home of the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum in La Conner, WA, on November 6, 5-8 pm. Trisha’s work is a fascinating marriage of quilted fabrics and torch-cut steel. The Portland, OR artist’s work will be on display on the first floor of the Gaches Mansion for three days only, Nov. 6, 7, & 8, 2009; 11-5. Meet Trisha at a reception Friday, November 6; from 5-8 pm. Trisha will be demonstrating her techniques on Saturday & Sunday from 1-3 pm. First floor exhibits, free. Upper floor exhibits $5.
