Description
Set the bubbles free! Sparkling wines are affordable and easy to enjoy year-round, not just for special events or holidays. And find out why only the French can call it "champagne." Presented by Thomas Henick-Kling, director of WSU's Viticulture and Enology program. Part of the 2009-2010 Community Wine Education Series offered by WSU Tri-Cities in Richland. Register online or download the form at www.tricity.wsu.edu/wine. Each seminar costs $35 and is on a Thursday evening. Registrations close three business days before each seminar. Must be at least 21 to attend.
