Set the bubbles free! Sparkling wines are affordable and easy to enjoy year-round, not just for special events or holidays. And find out why only the French can call it "champagne." Presented by Thomas Henick-Kling, director of WSU's Viticulture and Enology program.

Each seminar costs $35 and is on a Thursday evening. Registrations close three business days before each seminar. Must be at least 21 to attend.
